comp is a little confusing, seems to change often. Long hours sometimes but you get what you put in.

Great compensation, attainable goals, earnings potential, training, activities outside work, flexibility, work from home if qualified. I love my job and love the company. They've given me the opportunity to make more money than I've ever made before in a very short time.

Cons

Some micromanagement, 401k still not great, PTO compensation is poor.
