They are e getting sued.

Cons

Some of there executives are from Blockbuster, if that tells you anything. They made an IPO then their executives sold a bunch of their stock before the second IPO. After which, the stock dropped 90 percent due to company performance. They laid off a bunch of people then let management go to Vegas the next week for Lead Con where they gambled and drank. Seriously, this is true. Healthcare is awful.

Great income potential, you will love the job as well as you perform, if you are not performing well I've heard people complain of the job but when you are performing well (as I did) then you love the income potential

Cons

You are a non-captive agent but you are not an independent agent so you are expected to work expected hours and they micro manage you so if you work from home, doesn't expect too much flexibility, it's work from home but still the same concept as working outside of the home.

I am remote witch I love!!! My husband goes to work i get up get my girls together and jump on and work i manage to work and take care of my kids at the same time and i still get a lot done, and i can have dinner with my family now that means the most to me. the incentives are great I have some really understanding managers.

Cons

its recent changes that have been hard not only for me but alot of us they want numbers but the numbers they want you have skip lunch just to make the calls they want along with other stats if you dont stay in the top and drop down to the bottom 20% your fired but no pressure right we just have families to take care of
