Pros

Great technology, support staff is amazing, equipment they send you is great to work with. Very very very thorough with training

Cons

They have kids as supervisors that have no experience and i think that is on purpose. They are just happy to have the job. They require you to work crazy long days and want you working through lunch and dinner. Since you are home figure it is fine. Frown on you taking your actual day off if you are a high producer. Pros

Pay, but only sort of. They have a really convoluted commission structure and they hide it from you during training. The system is designed to sound good but to reduce commission pay out to agents. Training is also very good.

Cons

Work/life balance. You have to have PTO to get time off and they TELL you what your schedule is you do not get a choice. They also set caps on the leads you can take and expect you to be on the Phone with those leads for 9 hours. They give one hour breaks but only let you take 30 minutes. They also LIE about the leads you get. They are not warm most of the time they are not qualified and their Agent leveling system is awful. They set lead caps and force you to cold call after saying you will never do that in this position. During training they address bad reviews as people who didn't cut it. I am doing great here, but trust me this job is not good. There is better and do not settle unless your desperate. Oh and the benefits are god awful.

Pros

They train you in 2 weeks on 11 different carriers. They tell you up front what your sales goals are: $24k in annual premium month 1; $41K month 2. They make adustments and changes all the time in sales expectations. If you are aggressive you can make alot of money. They say in training repeatedly this is not a customer service job. No room for nice people here. It is all about how much in annual premiums you can bring in each day. It is highly competitive. They monitor you closely. Coaching is great. They make it fun to motivate you but if you have a bad day with poor leads you may feel bad. They post rankings throughout the day multiple times. It can be a bit much but intended to get you motivated to sell.

Cons

If you don’t make your sales goal month 1 they will very likely fire you. However you might get to stay if you made significant improvement week to week. You get inbound leads from a 3rd party company who calls people then connects to you. 99% of time they seem to have no idea why they got a call. So as an agent, it appears to be an inbound call but it is not. It is a cold call transferred in to you. Sometimes dead air. However they look at all factors before they fire you, and measure you for improvement. I was let go on day 2 of month 2. They told me it was all about the numbers. I was $4K away from my target goal. I am grateful to know this is not where I want to work. I don’t tecommend it for anyone nice with a customer service background.
