      Things were changing quickly when I was there, often not in the best way, but maybe that's changed too

      They paid well if you sold reasonably well The office I worked in was state of the art

      Cons

      Not a place you want to be if you don't like change, I switched desks probably 5 times in my first 12 months, managers twice, and compensation plans 3 or 4 times, though my department was changing more than most I was discouraged from using PTO

      Pros

      Work can be done remotely.

      Cons

      Not a good work/life balance. Managers lack experience and do not offer a lot of help, but expect you to perform anyway. As long as you can figure out everything for yourself, you will be fine, but the minute that changes, good luck my friend!

      Let’s be serious. This is a sales role. If you can sell then you will kill it. If you can not sell then don’t apply. Excellent pay if you are good. I made over six figures my first year. It is possible. Work from home. Not for everyone but a plus in my book. Hard work is rewarded. This is like everywhere. If you work hard it will be noticed.

      Cons

      I have never had to many cons at places I work. Make the best of it, stop complaining. This job (like every other one) is what you make of it. You will be talking to all kinds of leads (good and bad). Get over that as well.
