New comp plan benefits the company not the agent, jump through hoops for bonuses, new inexperienced managers with limited product knowledge, only the strong survive

Sell A rated carriers. It’s a job.

Cons

this place is awful. Recruiters lie up and down just to fill seats for tax breaks. You will not make anywhere close to what you are told. Micromanaged to the minute. Don’t dare step off the phone to go to the bathroom, you will come back to a computer full of messages from your manager. Seniors have no idea what they are signing up for half the time. Life insurance policies sold to those who cannot afford them, but pressured into purchasing. Benefits are trash. They’re are hundreds of other opportunities in town you should consider before selectquote.

They offer benefits, if you can afford them.

Cons

Most everything. They rope you into a 2 year non-compete and threaten to choke you with it when you realize this is NOT where you want to be. About half the reps are okay people, just trying to do their job and help the customer; the leadership is severely lacking and does not care about the people who actually work hard to take care of the customers.
