If you are absolutely desperate and your children are starving. And you are mentally strong enough to endure mental and even some cases of physical assault on the jobsite

Cons

Women have faced discrimination, pregnant women have been fired, cerebral palsy victim was terminated, cancer patient fired by phone and had her ground plug broke off her computer causing her to be shocked

good advertising campaign generates leads; but a small few agents chosen reps get best leads. managements inter day reporting of every possible measurement of activity floods your email while you are supposed to take calls.

Cons

constant balancing act which must be satisfied or you will get either verbal warning, leads cut off, or written up or all three. cannot after a year of being their, figure what my paycheck will be. enivornment is hostile.
