      Work from home with an internet stipend was nice

      Cons

      Unorganized 3 ring circus. It was a free for all. Best make friends because they are the only ones who will pay attention to you when you need help. Over 100 people in a group chat asking for detailed help. It's the blind leading the blind.

      Work from home/ pto decent.

      Cons

      If you have an illness and need to use fmla do not work there. As soon as I got approved for fmla they wrote e up for every little thing until I finally got sick of it after 6 months and let the fire me. Started off at 12 an hour 2 1/2 years later and was still waiting on a raise

      You are not micromanaged. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Select quote says they don’t want to “waste” their leads so you are expected to transfer your client or lead to another department (health life life alert pop health) and if you don’t get your transfer credits.. your commission will be CRAP. If you are just starting.. you will get the bottom of the barrel leads who have talked to 3-4 people before they got to you.
