      Pros

      Decent pay structure for most positions ... if you can stay in one job long enough to reap the rewards.

      Cons

      If you're not management, they will treat you like crap. Also, if you're an hourly employee, they will change your job with zero notice even if they've told you in writing what your duties would be. Were you hired for inbound warm leads only? Congrats, you're going to get moved to outbound cold leads only. So many broken promises in such a short time with this company. Also, if you say anything about not wanting to pick up additional duties or even just question why things are happening, they will fire you in about thirty seconds flat. If you like being thrown around, this company is for you.

      Horrible place to work

      Pros

      I get to work from home and the insurance kicks in fast.

      Cons

      You are lied to in training. I was told only inbound calls. More than 80% of my calls are third party or outbound. You are told how to handle calls in training to find out later the trainers had no idea what they are doing. The whole point of this job is to talk to people and keep them on the line. Even if the person sounds and tells you they aren’t well. We have to keep them on the phone. I was told I would be helping people and answering questions. The pay is lousy for what you put up with. I get cursed and yelled at everyday. I hate myself for this job. It makes me hate myself for this job.

      Pros

      At first very positive. Managers trotted out seasoned Sales people to tout how much they earned and what your potential could be.

      Cons

      Company cut commissions by more than 66% as of January 1, 2021. Example, one sale where I earned $150.00 commission is now $42.50 for the same sale. Management not familiar with the products they sell and could not answer 90% of the questions asked. Lead quality is a joke.
