Pros

Benefits are good but that’s about it.

Cons

No job security, the pay isn’t what they make it out to be, they don’t really care about actually helping the clients only about greed, and they have competitive performance plans and metrics that they change on the regular to make it hard for you meet. They have unrealistic expectations. They will release you without warning or cause.

Work from home and they provide equipment

Cons

Micromanage, impossible goals, very unethical, no job security, no work/life balance, everything about this job is negative, they will let you go with no heads up but the entire time tell you that you are doing great.

Pros

Great people and great income potential if you know how to sell. Do not come to selectquote if you are afraid of objections or pitching products. Its medicare health insurance so i workwith Medicare advantage plans and medicare supplemental plans. The money seasons are oct15 thru dec 7 and jan thru march. These are the tomes you have the potential to make the most of your income for the year and its easy if you no have to sale and control a conversation. Only recommended to sales ninjas. They do have a great training program as well.

Honestly no cons. Its work from home too ..
