Pros

Good pay and good benefits

Cons

I was working there for a year before they decided to put a new policy in that terminated the bottom 20% of agents even if you hit all of your metrics and numbers. That isn’t fair because we’re still doing the work and making customers happy but because we didn’t make 150 calls a day even though the requirements were 90, we didn’t deserve to be apart of the company anymore.

Pros

Work from home, training was good other than that everything else was not true

Cons

They promised something it didn’t happened, they miss-calculated the amount of insurance agents they were going to need and hired a lot more than they actually needed, not enough leads and really bad ones. Promised good leads, most of the leads had no idea where they were calling, they were not calling our company. Pushed to sell even if it was not the in the customer best interest best

Pros

Rumor - SQ Medicare season is not going good in 2022. Enrollment team was broken up & given other jobs, and now all ppl flexed in to enroll for Medicare are paid $4 -$12 per enrollment . And they have to pass crzy metrics that take there money, and they only get paid $6 "commission " for enrollment.. Enrollment used to be pay $25 2 years ago. Another said-This company feels like a bunch of 30 somethings have run it into bankruptcy. It has a "brown nosers" feeling big time. - now senior customer care agents call new Medicare customers 3x week an read 12 page "scripts" to new customers. . - SQ isnt the same company you cannot make a good living here like we used to. Beside a few managers, it is not being managed very good. There is rumor that layoffs are about to happen. .

Cons

Needs to improve there action plan
