Pros

local commute & was once a great company

Cons

Company really needs to evaluate egos as they get in the way of business objectives. So much turnover. New employees leaving and long term (25 yrs+) employees leaving. All because of treatment. It's sad really. I predict issues for this once great company. Lies & manipulation, very heavy workloads & execution style work ethic will all lead to problems. Not to mention the department restructuring, leadership changes & employee layoffs. Company will become archaic & full of narcissistic locals. Good luck with that.

Pros

I had a challenging start but after a few months everything fell into place. I love the people I work with and the department I'm in. Management in my department is very open to hearing new and innovative ideas. I often feel my voice is heard and I have a lot of opportunity to get involved in different projects.

Cons

A lot of people that work here have been here for many years and is likely the only place they have ever worked. This tends to foster a very cliquey environment and it's very hard for a new person to adjust. I fear that this may be driving away some great talent.

Pros

Zero pros to report. Unless you enjoy working 12 to 14 hour days.

Cons

Top heavy.. Extremely clicky.. If you you aren't "in" you are pretty much out. The make people management by who's you know not what you know. Very cruel.. And don't go to HR.. They are the worst bunch of people.
