Pros

Recognition for work done by many people in the company, including the top executive members. Friendly peers and colleagues in several departments.

Cons

Employees are severely under-compensated, several departments have very high turnover, the office is located in a very remote location, and lack of proactive thinking.

They gave me a chance and trained me to do with Loss Control. Great benefits, salary, managers, vacation. Everything.
