      Pros

      The only large corporation in Sussex County. The only employer in Sussex County that will offer a benefits package and salary without the commute.

      Cons

      Long term Selective employees and dedication is overlook. New employees with no years experience are the stars. Temporary employees are hired and permanent employees overlooked. Many layoffs !

      The investments that Selective is making in their IT areas are impressive! Great time to be in IT and have the opportunity to be involved in pro-active technology assessments. Employees opinions matter and they're trying to hire more employee resources. Collaborative environment.

      Lots of collaboration so things take time.
