Pros

They literally are Great Place To Work certified consistently. They have a great team that cares about what they do.

Cons

It’s a small company, with a relatively specialized appetite.

Pros

Working from home was nice

Cons

I was struggling with the workload as a new employee trying to learn the hit processes. I went to my manager and tried to find a solution, which was completely ignored. It kept piling on until finally broke and had a major anxiety attack, which I do not have a history of. My doctor put me on leave and prescribed anti anxiety meds and I returned to work when my dr agreed that my symptoms were controlled. Upon my return I found that they had terminated my position. It had been less than a year, so FMLA did not protect my job. They chewed me up and spat me out.
