Pros

Annual bonus Working from home- -flexible hours (but long hours)

Cons

Poor work life balance (70 + hours a week). Working from home can be a pro and con. The con is the work is always there (weekends, vacation time, holidays). You are micro-managed. Tasks are assigned that are unnecessary to the file. Supervisors don't know their role. Supervisors feel they need to be adjusters as well as supervisors.
