Pros

Nice co-workers and work campus.

Cons

Workload is untenable. Most managers are very unprofessional and disrespectful of their staff; treating them like lower class citizens. An overwhelming majority of people live locally, have known each other all their lives, and have never worked anywhere else. In addition, many of their spouses and family members also work there. This seems to fuel the formation of clicks, unequal treatment of employees, and disparate salaries and career development. What's more, there is no comprehension or appreciation for how other organizations do things, so a diverse view or dissenting opinion gets one targeted and treated as a troublemaker.

Pros

It's a job. Pay is fair.

Cons

Micro-management, unskilled managers, outdated systems, HR lacks empathy and willingness to support employees below management.

Pros

The initial pay was great for those that started during the transition

Cons

There is micromanagement to the highest degree. Management is through intimidation. There are several requirements that are unnecessary and hinder the Adjuster's ability to do a good job. It has an atmosphere of a sweat shop. They have to hire trainees because the word is out in the claim community and no one with experience wants to work there.
