Pros

Convenient is about it.

Cons

Where to start? #metoo environment. Managers treat employees like trash. They "think who they are". Awful work life balance. They continue to expect more. Low raises. Low moral.

Pros

The initial pay was great for those that started during the transition

Cons

There is micromanagement to the highest degree. Management is through intimidation. There are several requirements that are unnecessary and hinder the Adjuster's ability to do a good job. It has an atmosphere of a sweat shop. They have to hire trainees because the word is out in the claim community and no one with experience wants to work there.
