Pros

Great facilities and good benefits.

Cons

Not enough employees for work demands placed. Inflexible management that continually demands more while micromanaging work. Mid-level management is stuck trying to meet unrealistic expectations with limited staff - the exodus of employees making the problem even worse. Executives are more concerned with their careers and standing than coaching and developing their own staff. Being connected to the "boys club" is more important than merit for advancement. Systems are woefully out of date and do not support hybrid or collaborative work environment.

Selective is a smaller company located in a rural area.
