Pros

Selective is an incredible company with endless opportunities! They have an unbelievable, 10 month long training program that takes in many individuals with little to no insurance knowledge and “spits out” highly trained, full fledged underwriters whom are instantly ready to handle multi-million dollar books of business. The training program allows time for necessary designations to be obtained and valuable insurance skills to be earned.

Cons

I have nothing negative to share about this amazing company! Amazing culture, outstanding people and an unbelievable work-life balance.
