Pros

Good pay. Good 401k match.

Cons

Senior leadership managed by fear (although those folls have largely been pushed out of the company)

Pros

Good co-workers, decent benefits and starting time off

Cons

Advancement is based on who you know not what you know or the amount of work you do. Hires mostly consultants than employee's since its cheaper. Currently they have 80% consultants on the IT side. Good luck getting more than their standard 2 -3% raise. Inflation went up 13% the last two years yet raises were still less than 5%
