Pros

Regular employment and never bored.

Cons

Claims are a mess. A lack of necessary personal in claims. Employees are given way more workload than they can handle and they refuse to hire in key positions. When they do hire, new employees usually leave within several months. Seems to be too many Vice Presidents and upper management and not enough claims personal. They continually reinforce their employees are their greatest resource but their actions prove otherwise.
