      Good company to work for. Benefits were on par with competition and salary was AOK as well.

      Pros

      There is a free state of the art fitness center at the company’s headquarters. That is really the only pro.

      Cons

      Micro-management culture. No career growth potential. Difficult to attract strong talent when HQ is in the middle of nowhere and prospects for career growth are slim to none.
