Pros

Close to home. Flexible schedule. Familiar faces. Every department is not alike. You just need to find the good ones

Cons

To many "chiefs" not enough "indians". Management wants feedback but when you give feedback you are labeled. A lot of managers and supervisors, since they are promoted from within, forget they used to be at the bottom and stop on people. Afraid to "address" problem employees and therefore make the better employees more frustrated. They would rather brush the problems under the rug and hope the go away on their own. Forcing good people to leave. There are people in jobs that dont belong because of who they know. A college degree doesnt make you an expert. LEAKS IN HR!!!! A lot of leaks in HR

Pros

Financially strong company, good co workers, company is growing and always moving towards improving their ability to provide excellent customer service.

Cons

Lower than average pay for industry. Understaffed. With proper staffing this position would be much better. Also new talent so more experience will help in this heavily team focused environment.

Pros

It is a wonderful experience with so many nice people and they actually give fulltime offers to their interns. A good place to start with.

Cons

Location must be changed and plus the hourly rate need to be changed as well.
