Pros

Started as a good company with a lot of long term employees.

Cons

Expectation is to work lots of OT to keep up with workload. Salary EE don't have any additional compensation for working 60+ hours per week. Mgmt does not care, they just want the work done. Mgmt acts fake when Neale comes around to make it seem like everything is fine when it is not. A lot of people quit because they are burnt out. Benefits are horrible, they cost the EE lots of money from their paycheck then you get another big bill from the dr. office. The service center is full of limited jobs so once you reach a certain point, you are forced to leave for a promotion.

Pros

No true appreciation of employees with strong skill sets and dedication, you will be taken for granted, given more work and allowed to burn out. Management will only concentrate on what is not being done rather than recognition of accomplishments well done. Always in crisis mode. While some of management team are competent in their job-scope, they are very disconnected towards their staff and overall dept workload. Morale is extremely low and caustic. Slackers are rewarded and tolerated. Everyone has the "CYA" attitude which makes working within your dept as well with other departments difficult. Small town syndrome. Pro: Location, work from home

Cons

Terrible work/life balance, Limited advancement opportunities, Almost everything
