Awesome people, stable company with a solid customer base, great culture and most importantly, a leadership team that really knows what it's doing! Oh and the office is really nice too! We have a garden and a rooftop pool! :)

The great experience already starts with the interview process. They know what they´re looking for and as the process goes on (pretty fast) you realise the structured procedure and start to get into the flow of it. The interview agenda is pretty straightforward and you don´t pass through x interviews where you answer the same questions 20 times (anyway, forget all about those standard questions you know from previous interviews). After that magical moment when it´s clear that they want you and you want them you just dive into that awesome work atmosphere.
