Sellics has a heap of room for growth. In its current state, the company is doing good. I was certainly impressed by the hiring process, although long, the focus is to get the right people who represent the core values. The CEO certainly leads by example and stands by these values and cares for everyone working at Sellics. The working environment is fun, as well as challenging. It is true, in order to be successful there is no easy way out except to work hard, and with a high degree of ownership, transparency, and accountability, hard work is appreciated at Sellics. Sellics is a small yet growing company, and every effort is made to make employees feel cared for. There are fun company events and birthdays are celebrated with your colleagues who you actually appreciate. I look forward to the growth of my position and department as well as the company.
