Some nice colleagues, CEO is seems to be trying hard to make it work.

Cons

As mentioned by another review, lies, BS, high level of egocentrism on the leadership, such a bad XP.

The best way to voice your feedback and create change is to share your feedback via our bi-weekly pulse surveys. We are reviewing results on a regular basis with the entire management team and take action based on this. The marketing team has really suffered this year

Pros

the employees in the marketing team are great people, hardworking and always happy to help each other out.

Cons

long hours, pay is below industry standards, no recognition of hard work, 2 people in the marketing management team speak the loudest - having tantrums and being disrespectful towards people's work seems to be the norm.
