Sendoso painted a very pretty picture but ended up being a massive disappointment. People are promised growth and the ability to make an impact but, this company is run by 2 people and no one else can have a voice. There are very talented leaders here who are not able to make any changes. After the first round on layoffs, we were told there would not be any additional layoffs, but 4 months later even more people were let go. If you are looking for transparency, honesty and stability run in the other direction.
