      Pros

      Since the first time I met the executive team, I knew they cared about culture, their employees and being the industry leader in our space. Since working for Sendoso I have continued to see employees opinions matter, you are given full autonomy to do your job without being micromanaged and a lot of career growth. Having team lunches every weds, breakfast catered Friday and unlimited PTO helps work life balance. We are setting the tone in our space and only gonna continue to grow and be the industry standard!

      Hyper growth! Normal growing pains of expanding quickly and running out of office space, thankfully moving to one 3 times the size!

      Pros

      Very unique to the market, company’s currently use what the platform offers. Dogs in the office and campus is cool..

      Cons

      Very unclear on target market, feels like a call center and for someone new to sales you don’t really learn how to sell, Instead you learn how to pressure someone into a meeting. When I first started people were hitting goals but when the department grew and the approach changed, everyone felt it.

      The leadership at Sendoso is primed to make this company the leader in the engagement/gifting space. The COO is making one amazingly smart decision after another, and is incredibly forward-thinking. The CEO is a leader who is paying very close attention to his customers and his prime employees in setting the direction of the company. These leaders have put into place some of the brightest minds to lead functional areas that will lead this product to incredible heights. Their focus on integrations and product enhancements are going to differentiate Sendoso from any competition.

      Cons

      None that are unaddressed (new product in need of enhancements - they already hired a number of talented people to mature this product in no time).
