If you like negativity and a hostile work environment this is for you! Condescending regional managers. Regionals who are so out of touch with the local market they have no idea what they are talking about

Cons

Toxic work environment For profit mentality They provide an unsafe living environment for residents Resident safety Well- being of residents

- Depending on position, salary can be in line with industry average - If you make friends, you'll at least have someone to commiserate with you

Cons

- Incredibly toxic environment - Heavy on the politics - Management is on a power trip - Many roles are dead-ends; not much upward mobility available - Very high turnover...it's for a reason - Rampant nepotism

Working with the families and learning about the needs for their loved ones and how to help assist them in finding their new next home.

Cons

The management and leadership is horrible. The culture and the environment at the community is very unhealthy. I would not recommend working there.
