Big corporate structure allows vindictive middle management to always blame someone else for changes, cuts, and denials. High expectations coupled with lack of corporate investment in facilities makes for an uncomfortable work environment. They have no idea what they're doing in the nursing home market. Their state core values are not practiced by management.
