      Start with 3-weeks of vacation Decent Salary Great Bonus structure for sales

      Cons

      Big corporate structure allows vindictive middle management to always blame someone else for changes, cuts, and denials. High expectations coupled with lack of corporate investment in facilities makes for an uncomfortable work environment. They have no idea what they're doing in the nursing home market. Their state core values are not practiced by management.

      My community and the people: residents and staff alike!

      Cons

      top down, brutal dictatorship! steer clear at all costs. If you have a mind of your own and speak up, you will be shown the door in no time. The regional and corporate leaders are so corrupt and dishonest, they will fail in very little time.

      Pros

      RESIDENTS! The one pro to working in this facility is all the seniors I help on a daily basis and all the people I meet from different walks of life. This is a hard but rewarding career

      Cons

      So many to list. Management here is terrible there have been at least 4 directors in my 2 1/2 years here and each one is worse. each week there are new rules being made on a whim and the rules from last week no longer apply. Managers are always in the facility yet there is constant lack of any actual management.
