      Get birthday off, acknowledges anniversaries and birthdays

      Cons

      Poor training, unorganized, workload is ridiculous , no sense of direction. Been here a few months and still did not receive orientation

      Pros

      Overtime is plentiful because employees are known to quit without notice.

      Cons

      Many issues are never resolved because the corporate office doesn't keep after weak Executive Directors running senior residential facilities.
