Pros

Residents are nice, co-workers are nice, PTO is good. The building is very pretty.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to care about the staff. Management seems lazy at times and makes things harder then they ever should be.

Pros

This company cares... not only about their members, but about their employees as well. I have been here for 13 years, and still look forward to coming to work.

Cons

Not a con, but good to know - This is a driven company, we take service to a higher level.

Pros

Residents are great overall. Most staff are hard working.

Cons

Management is out of touch and wishy washy. No leadership skills necessary, just a degree. Job is way harder than it has to be. Management will " listen to your concerns" then turn your so called confidential conversation against you. Lots of double standards. Staff get repremanded for doing exactly what others do on a daily basis.
