Best Community in Spartanburg!

Pros

I've worked for Senior Living Communities, Summit Hills in Spartanburg, SC to be exact, for almost 5 years. You can't find a better Paid Time Off program around. They are currently paying for me to get my certification in the field I work in, and all I have to do to pay it off, is work! Seeing the residents everyday and becoming a part of something more grand is so rewarding, and it's absolutely amazing when the team you work for is like family. I love the career I have and facility I work for!

Cons

I really don't have any complaints! The managers I work for are great, and they aren't afraid of stepping onto the floor and work alongside the other staff.

Pros

I really enjoy working at Summit Hills. This company has such a great family feel. The Residents are such a joy to work with, I feel like I have 250 grandparents. The company does some thing at least once per month to support its Team Members whether it be a big celebration for CNA week to something as small as chocolate milkshake day. I feel that my work here is appreciated.

Cons

I really can't think of any Cons about Summit Hills.

Pros

Great company. Very personable. Small but mighty. One of the best paying companies in the industry. Easy to manage the teams at SLC . They take care of the little guys. So the little guys don't mind doing the bull work. Good work life, home life balance!

Cons

Sometimes, bad managers stay longer than they should.
