I have been in the building maintenance field for nearly 20 years now. After having worked for some of the largest companies in the industry, I can say that beyond a shadow of a doubt Senior Star is the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Our work load can sometimes be more than we can handle due to short staffing. Or because some departments aren't properly staffed to begin with.
