Pros
Bought our community in 2011 and made wonderful changes at a compassionate speed - I could not ask for better bosses & Corp. structure - Great Support & Training; always someone available to help with an issue or listen to an idea - Very caring & involved with the community and always want the best for the residents. I have never felt "in this job alone" and look forward to going to work!
Cons
Expect to work hard to earn those good benefits! Only retain employees who are "9's or 10's" - but residents truly benefit and have a great staff to work with now. Also, be prepared to be held accountable (which is really a good thing, right?), lots of paper shuffling.
