I Found the Right Place

I wanted to work for a company that appreciated the employees and understood how important we are to its success. When I saw the company value: Respect Each Employee I knew I found the right place. I have been here for many years and I've seen the Executive Directors and the corporate staff go above and beyond for the employees. They seem to look for ways to help their employees and made some changes to benefits this year that will be a help to many of us. In my experience

Cons

I've worked for a lot of companies; no place is perfect. When things happen I want to know that my employer is fair. They try to hire people who care, work hard and are compassionate. It is important to me that they listen, that they want to help employees grow and that there are promotion opportunities. That is the case here.
