Pros

Very friendly company with a fabulous culture that starts with our owners. We are a company of excellence and set the bar when it comes to working with seniors.

Cons

a little to micro managing with some processes in my department sometimes the standards expected of us are not what we witness from our corporate office

Pros

Residents, family and the events.

Cons

' Management team is only driven by the bonus program. No team work or loyalty to the staff. Favoritism is very apparent among staff and management. YOUR HONESTY AND INTEGRITY CAN GET YOU THROWN OUT THE DOOR.'

Pros

-Multiple opportunities for community/cause involvement -On-site snacks and drinks provided -Employee support programs (Emergency Assistance Program, ...) -Flexible work schedule (both ways, they are flexible with you and at times need you to be flexible too) -Mostly caring and compassionate corporate staff, passionate about their residents -Average salary/compensation

Cons

-Average salary/compensation -Delayed benefit participation, below-average benefits (401(k), limited vacation) -Lacking in operational agility for an organization of their size -Disorganized at times -Limited direction from Executives/Management -Little action/feedback on employee input/initiative -More talk than walk concerning corporate culture -Not concerned about seniors in general; more focused seniors that can afford to live in their buildings
