The monetary compensation is not up to where I feel it should be. It almost feels like the company is taking advantage of the people it thinks it can.

Too compartmentalized. Business units do not work well together, which leads to conflicts. Since multiple business units may serve one customer, this creates issues since the customer sees "Sensata" and not an individual business unit. Poor middle management is allowed to stay despite obvious signs of poor performance in simple management measurements like retention, operational efficientcy, etc. Poor product information sharing, which makes grabbing easy, low-hanging fruit business made of simple derivate product very difficult. Poor integration of recent aquisitions. Too many forced vacations. The feeling is that forced time off by the lower employees is simply a mechanism to allow senior managers to meet operating metrics and receive year-end bonuses. No sick leave. What good is generous vacation if you do not get a say in when you take it?
