Pros

Sensible Care (SC) provides a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people of all ages and walks of life. SC offers flexibility with my schedule (e.g., work-life balance), CEU and out-of-state licensure funds, supports/encourages my theoretical orientation, welcomes/listens to feedback, fosters an environment of professional growth and career advancement (e.g., leadership opportunities), and provides desired support to its clinicians. I love everything about SC's values, mission, and culture. The level of support is fantastic and contagious!

Cons

I'd like to see SC (1) offer additional health insurance options and (2) create a system that automatically tracks a provider's productivity and attendance numbers/stats rather than depending on their clinicians.
