1.) Good Team, not a great team; as Sentinel's management seems reluctant to address inter-departmental issues, a preference to maintain the status quo.
2.) Fair pay and benefits, however not current with what other employers offer and has difficulty adapting to changing workforce expectations.
3.) Culture favors a butts-in-seats approach; however, it attempts to project a progressive culture and falls short.
4.) Lacking diversity in management, seems to have an old-school approach to running the day-to-day business.
5.) Risk averse; this can be good or bad depending on your adopted business philosophy.
