      Right Place at the Right Time

      Pros

      The company has successfully made the transition from startup to a larger corporate entity, while doing a good job of integrating nearly all of the products it's acquired. There's a ton of growth ahead as we move beyond the traditional EDR/EPP space, and eat more and more of CRWD's lunch. The people are generally pretty good, the pay and benefits are solid, and if we ever figure out how to make Wall Street happy the stock could easily shoot up 2-4x. I'll be here for the foreseeable future.

      Cons

      We're just big enough that sometimes less-than-competent people find places to hide. Product strategy has shifted a lot more than I would have liked, though it seems to be stabilizing now.

      Needs the right people in management desperately

      Hot space lots of upside

      Cons

      Stock price keeps dropping and dropping and dropping No investor confidence Keeps trying to pivot away from what got them this far (i.e. endpoint security) to becoming a SIEM company.

      Leader in the market, dynamic, solid, best-in-class technology, great culture, sense of urgency, agile, strong. These are the adjectives I'd use to describe SentinelOne. I feel very happy to work here.

      Cons

      Continuous new initiatives have short runways to prepare.
