Pros
SentinelOne has a true win-together/lose-together company (although that last one barely happens). They recognise your success and allow you to grow within the company. They have great benefits (car allowance the field team, pension, healthcare, wellness days, parental leave, etc), realistic salary, and a feasible chance to overachieve. SentinelOne gave me the chance to work with great, larger customers and made me grow on a personal level. The product is really stable and innovative, which makes the story we tell really resonate. I love working here.
Cons
Not much really. Perhaps the amount of closet space it takes to store all the swag the company sends out. Although I'm not bothered at all about it
