You will learn more here in few months than in two years elsewhere. The mentality creates a strong sense of ownership and impact.

Cons

High pressure and long hours of work. You have to be self worker to figure out a lot of things on your own.

Legal Dept Has Horrible Culture - Poor Management

Despite acquiring 2 new companies and increasing contract deals significantly over the last few years, legal has not gotten any new head count. Lawyers do all their own administrative work. There is no support and VERY very long hours. Despite being so short on resources, legal VPs continue to get raises while subordinates are forced to grind. There is only 1 privacy attorney, 1 procurement attorney and no paralegals. High legal turnover for a reason. The legal VPs do NOT value employees. No opportunity for growth. Also, supports the killing of innocent people.
