      Right Place at the Right Time

      Pros

      The company has successfully made the transition from startup to a larger corporate entity, while doing a good job of integrating nearly all of the products it's acquired. There's a ton of growth ahead as we move beyond the traditional EDR/EPP space, and eat more and more of CRWD's lunch. The people are generally pretty good, the pay and benefits are solid, and if we ever figure out how to make Wall Street happy the stock could easily shoot up 2-4x. I'll be here for the foreseeable future.

      Cons

      We're just big enough that sometimes less-than-competent people find places to hide. Product strategy has shifted a lot more than I would have liked, though it seems to be stabilizing now.

      Great culture & team of strong professionals

      Pros

      Flexible working conditions, nice office in Prague -Karlin district, friendly and inclusive working environment. Great leadership team.

      Cons

      Very dynamic place and many of changes, typical for start up environment.

      Fast-paced, Mission-Driven, and Evolving – Great for Growth-Oriented

      Pros

      Strong Mission & Product: It's incredibly motivating to work for a company that's making a real impact in cybersecurity. SentinelOne’s AI-driven platform is well-regarded and gives you confidence when talking to candidates. Talent Density: You get to work with smart, driven colleagues across the board—from engineers to hiring managers to execs. The bar is high, and that keeps things engaging. Autonomy & Ownership: Recruiters here are treated as strategic partners, not order takers. You’ll have a say in process improvements, tools, and hiring strategy. Career Growth: The company is scaling rapidly, which creates room for internal mobility and new challenges. There’s also a lot of visibility with leadership if you’re proactive. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, strong equity packages, and good benefits. Leadership is also fairly transparent around compensation philosophy.

      Cons

      Pace & Pressure: It’s not a 9-to-5 job. Things move fast, and expectations are high. This might not be the best fit for someone looking for predictability or rigid work-life balance. Evolving Processes: As with any scaling company, some processes and tools are still catching up with growth. That means some trial and error—but also opportunity to help shape things. Limited Recruiting Ops Support: Depending on the team, you may find yourself juggling more logistics and coordination tasks than ideal. This is improving, but something to be aware of.
