The leadership team is supportive and transparent, and there’s a real sense that your contributions have impact. The technology is cutting-edge, which makes the work both challenging and rewarding.       - great work life balance - high technical standards for employees - very good overall compensation and benefits

      Cons

      - lacked execution and ambition in later years - HR & employee experience was more show-off than to actually *FOR* employees - actual technical work was usually quite boring, very few had innovation work
