The Talent Acquisition team has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it's being hindered by poor leadership at the top. The TA executive leadership has made several decisions that have negatively impacted team morale and performance. There's a noticeable pattern of favoritism, with promotions and raises going to select individuals, while others—often more qualified and higher performing—are overlooked. Some of the most concerning leadership decisions include laying off a top-performing recruiter who had recently received company-wide recognition, and creating an environment that led a well-respected recruiting manager with seven years of tenure to leave. While the company may appear well-run from the outside, the internal dynamics tell a different story.

The company does not emphasize work-life balance, and sometimes there is a feeling of pressure and overload. Additionally, social issues are not adequately addressed, from hiring employees who are not sociable to working mostly remotely, which makes it difficult to connect with people.
