      Best Job I ever had!

      Pros

      The best part about working for SentinelOne are the employee health programs and support we have access to and receive. Mental health is discussed often, personal days off are given randomly, vacation and personal time off is never a problem and the executive staff here truly care about us!

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of working here at SentinelOne is the lack of FREE lunch options that are delivered. (sarcasm)

      Great company, amazing culture

      Pros

      I have been at SentinelOne since before we went public and have had a great experience. I am allowed the freedom to work with multiple departments on projects of my on design and choosing and am constantly challenged. The culture is outstanding. There is a feeling that everyone's contributions are valued, and internal communications from leadership are supportive and transparent.

      Cons

      We definitely experienced some growing pains, but in my experience, things continue to improve due to the strength of our brand and culture. We recently have had some organizational changes that have set us on a better path. Personally, I have found it difficult to grow my own career in the way I'd like to, as I have a somewhat unconventional role without a clear trajectory for promotion. However, I feel I have the support I need to continue to excel at SentinelOne.
