Working at SentinelOne has been a dream! As a fast growing company, new thoughts and innovation aren’t just welcomed, they are encouraged. The growth opportunities are endless. I have had 2 managers in different departments and they have been the most incredible inspirations and advocates for my growth. Time off has been encouraged and not restricted. It has been great having access to our multiple offices while being able to work remotely the majority of the time. SentinelOne has truly been a thoughtful employer and has helped me unlock my full potential.

Cons

I have yet to find a downside.

Having recently joined the company, I've been amazed at the support of my team and management. There are so many wonderful projects we are working here. Very exciting and at the same time fun. Great culture, great people, pay, & benefits.
