Pros

You get great perks. Brand partners are very generous with gratis. Training of products and brands are very detailed. The cast members are very knowledgable and excited to learn more about the brands carried in store and their purpose.

Cons

It is difficult to communicate with management because of attitudes and egos. It was difficult for me to become adjusted with the culture. They are always on the run and seem to be occupied with other things while meeting with you. To have their full attention you'd need to be the CEO or SR Management.

Pros

Free Product.. that’s the only pro

Cons

TOXIC work environment from HR, VP, Regionals, DMs, down to “leadership” within the stores. “Leaders” routinely violate codes of ethics, company policies, as well as state and federal labor laws. Forget complaining to HR, because they’ll just try to sweep the illegal, unethical behaviors under the rug to save face. All they care about is sales and putting on a facade to appear to be customer-service oriented. They care absolutely nothing about the employees outside of management. It’s a ‘if you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours’ mentality. They purport to care about mental health, physical safety, diversity, and inclusion, but “leaders” consistently exhibit discriminatory behaviors, speaking negatively about those with qualified disabilities, differing cultures, genders, sexual identities, and the like. Bullying and gaslighting is commonplace here and you will be targeted for giving the slightest bit of that energy back to them. Dead end job, with no real opportunities for advancement, “Unprofessional” is putting it lightly to describe those in “leadership” here. RUN FOR THE HILLS if you value yourself in the slightest. THE WORST decision i ever made was working for this toxic company.

Pros

There really isn’t any pros to working here. Felt like punishment actually

Cons

I was supposed to start with 5 other ppl and miraculously I was the only person that showed up….I see why. The management here is rude, racist, and condescending. They talk to you as if you’re a child and your favorite color is 3. You can’t bring your phone in the warehouse but they want you to leave it in a “cubby” in the break room or your car. Mind you, they don't ALLOW you to enter the break room or your locker without permission which is crazy. If you’re in the restroom for more than 5 mins security will literally come in and question you. It’s a reason why there are more temps than regular employees and the majority of them have work visas and don’t speak a lick of English. There are plenty of better paying and respectful warehouses in the area!!
